How It Works
Once you've found your school, team, organization, or event, select View Gallery to access your photos.
01. Find your gallery
Select the appropriate gallery above.
This is pretty straightforward — click the gallery link above that matches the school, team, organization, or event where your photos were taken.
02 Enter your password
This password should be either given to you or is an already used ID#.
Your password is an ID number used to access your gallery. It may be provided by your school, team, organization, or event, or it may be a unique ID generated specifically for you. Your password is required to view your private gallery.
A note about email: Your email address is not connected to your gallery and cannot be used to access it. If you receive an email from me, it does not mean your email is linked to your gallery. The email address you enter when placing an order is the address that will receive your order information and updates.

03 View your photos
Browse your portraits and choose your favorites. Submit your order.
Your gallery may look a little different depending on the type of photography you received. The ordering process is generally the same.
Available products and pricing may vary depending on your gallery.
Once you've selected an image, click the “BUY PRINTS” button to see the available options for prints, products, and packages.
Once you enter your gallery, this is the first page you'll see. It provides basic information about your gallery and allows you to view your individual images.
Some galleries may have options to change backgrounds or other available features. If those options are available, you can select them as you browse your images and make your favorite selections.
04 Place your order
After making your selections, add them to your cart.
Don't forget to crop your images when that option is available. Some packages may also allow you to use multiple poses or make additional selections.
Ordering photos for multiple people?
Ordering for more than one person? You can add another person to your order using the “Add Child” option.
This allows you to complete one transaction for multiple people. The easiest way to do this is to complete the selections for one person first, then select Add Child and enter the additional person's password.
Once you've added the additional person, you can continue selecting their images and products before completing your order.
05 Receive Orders
Your first order will be delivered to your school, team, organization, or event for distribution.
Order during the first 10 days — FREE delivery
Orders placed during the initial ordering period will be delivered to your school, team, organization, or event for distribution.
Missed the first ordering window? No problem.
Your gallery will remain available for 11 months, so you can return anytime during that period to place an order. Orders placed after the initial 10-day window are shipped directly to your home, and shipping charges will apply.
Not ready to order right away? Your photos will still be waiting for you.

How do I find my gallery?
Select your school, team, organization, or event from the gallery list above. If you don't see what you're looking for, use the Get Help option below.
What do I need to access my gallery?
You'll need the gallery password or ID provided for your photos. Your email address is not used to access your gallery.
I lost my gallery password. What do I do?
Use the Need Help With My Password? form and provide the requested information. I'll use those details to locate your gallery and help you access it.
Why do you ask for my email address?
Your email address is used for order communication and updates. It is not connected to your gallery and cannot be used to access your photos.
How long will my gallery be available?
Your gallery will remain available for 11 months from the date it goes live.
What if I have another question or something isn't working?
Use the Get Help option and send me the details. I'm happy to help you get to your photos or complete your order.
Will every gallery have the same products?
Not necessarily. Available prints, digital images, products, packages, and pricing may vary depending on the school, team, organization, or event.
Do I have to order right away?
No. You have 11 months to return to your gallery and place an order. Orders placed within the first 10 days qualify for free delivery to your school, team, organization, or event.
